2) Are you an Approved training Center?
We are authorized by State Council of Higher Education of Virginia as a technical school and as such have met all there financial and auditing requirements to conduct business.
3) What is the quality guarantee that you offer?
Our Training methodology focuses on 100% hands-on training, with Quality in focus at every stage of our training process. If you are not satisfied for any reason you may retake the training within 12 months of taking the course without any expense provided same course materials and the same version is still being taught. We want to do everything to ensure you understand the content. That's the guarantee we give for your investment.
4) What does your training package includes?
Package includes classroom instructions by the instructor, hands-on labs, books & study materials, practice exams, exam vouchers where ever applicable, after class instructor support, 12 months retake option and job placement assistance.
5) Can I know more about the Instructors?
Our instructors are experienced professionals having real-world IT experience who are certified and have years of teaching experience too. They have excellent written and oral communication skills. You can actually meet the instructor’s or talk to them over the phone before registering for the course. We want you to feel completely comfortable and relaxed knowing that you are being trained by professionals.
6) Where is the training actually held?
The training is held at our offices in Ashburn, VA, as well as other locations throughout the continental US. Please call us for our training schedule.
7) Do you provide corporate training?
Yes, our instructors are available to come to your corporate office location or your location of choice to conduct the training.
8) What is your policy for rescheduling?
If you re-schedule a class 10% administration fees based your total course value will applied every time you re-schedule a class.

10) Are you an Authorized testing Center?
Yes, we are an onsite Authorized Pearson VUE Testing Center and Authorized Prometric Testing Center for conducting Exams.
11) Do you provide any job placement assistance?
Yes, we will help you create your resume and market your skills. Many of our students have secured employment within a short time of completing the training.
12) Will I get the vendor certificates immediately after passing the certification exam?
No the vendor certificates are directly sent by the vendor himself to your address that you provided while registering for the exam. You should receive the certificate in approximately 30-45 days after the exam. KCI will issue you with ‘Certificate of Completion’ provided you have met all the attendance & course completion requirements immediately on completion of the course training.
13) My company will pay for the training can I get a training proposal from you?
We will happy to forward a training proposal to your company for acceptance and will accept company purchase order and company check as payment. KCI will issue your company with necessary receipt in form of an invoice.
14) Do you have any offers for group registrations?
We offer 10% discount if you are a group of 4 or more on training fees.

16) Transfer from other schools: Knowledge Center accepts transfers from other schools. If you have completed a Module of the training program - you can just do the remaining module to complete the certification. Transfer of Modules earned at the Knowledge Center to other schools is at the discretion of the accepting school.
